If you believe your delivery is delayed please contact us within 14 days of your order being dispatched. This will enable us to raise an investigation with our courier. For any issues raised after 14 days of dispatch we will not be able to guarantee a refund.

We offer a full refund or exchange on all items returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 21 days for international.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us.
We can only issue a refund on items that have not been worn and that still have the tags attached.
Please include your original invoice with the product if you have it.
Good news! We now offer exchanges in the UK. While return shipping is paid by the customer, we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement. Please specify what item and size you would like as a replacement when you return your original item. Once we receive the item back, we will be in touch if there are any further costs to be paid.

Postage charges are NON refundable. All orders with free postage will have the postage charge deducted from the refunded amount.

Please fill in the Exchange & Refund form included in your order.
Your returned item must be shipped to us within 21 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is despite the fact it may not arrive back to us until the fourteen days has elapsed. We strongly recommend you use a recorded or traceable delivery service against which you are insured in the event of loss, as the goods are your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. Exchange postage will be charged to the customer.
Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid the possibility of damage in transit, and that a receipt is obtained as proof of delivery.
